Higher MTL, 3rd Language, MEP and Option to Take Subjects at More Demanding Level

1. Higher Mother Tongue Language (HMTL) and 3^rd Language Confirmation (more information will be posted here on 22 December 2025, 12pm)

• For Higher Mother Tongue Languages

  HMTL Option Form (Form A) Students who are eligible to take up HMTL will receive the option form (Form A) via Parents Gateway. Parents can accept the offer by giving consent via Parents Gateway. Please complete the online registration by Wednesday, 24 December 2025, 12pm.

• For Third Languages

  1. For registration at MOELC, students are to confirm the acceptance of the offer and complete the online registration at https://www.moelc.moe.edu.sg/

  2. Strictly drop off only at both campuses. Nearest carparks: Newton Campus – e.g., Newton Food Centre Bishan Campus – e.g., Bishan Sports Stadium car park

2. Music Elective Programme (MEP) Application

For students who are interested in applying for the MEP programme, please submit your application by 26 December 2025, 12pm.
