To be a value-added department, nurturing young minds to be creative and confident problem solvers.

Curriculum

The Mathematics syllabus aims to develop students to:

acquire mathematical concepts and skills for continuous learning and to support learning in other subjects;
develop thinking, reasoning, communication, application and metacognitive skills through a mathematical approach to problem-solving;
connect ideas within mathematics and with other subjects;
build confidence and foster interest in mathematics.

Special Programmes

Smart Money Workshop is a financial literacy programme organized for our Secondary one students. Through the series of fun-filled activities, the students learn about the importance of financial planning and how they can make smart money choices in authentic settings.

Secondary 1 to 3 Training Programme for Singapore Mathematical Olympiad
Secondary one to three students who demonstrate strong passion and talent in Mathematics will be invited to take part in the training programme for Singapore Mathematical Olympiad. These students undergo a series of rigourous training as they develop and deepen their creativity and problem-solving ability.
