Sustainability Stewardship Series (SSS) is a programme championed by Terra SG and supported by Asia Pacific Brewery Foundation (ABPF), an Institution of Public Character (IPO).

SSS provides a whole-school management approach aimed at supporting school leaders and management teams in driving schoolwide development in sustainability through the following objectives:

Catalyse a sustainability-centred ecosystem in schools, led by school management teams & leaders

Support school management teams in designing & conceptualising sustainability programmes/ initiatives

Enable school management teams to explore action-based approaches in achieving sustainable outcomes

Develop strategic decision planning in resource management, infrastructure transformation
s, curricular alignment and sustainability programmes activations. -
Materialise a complimentary budding project (choice of either people development or space development)
First Phase of SSS
SSS is a 3-year programme from 2024 to 2026 aimed to benefit a total of 45 schools, 15 schools per year. There are 2 sub-segments under SSS.
Part 1 – SSS Leadership Training Programme
Part 1 is a 6-hour Leadership Training Programme for School Management Teams with the option of a single sitting (preferred) or split over 2 separate sessions. The target attendees would be the Key Personnel, EXCO, Management Committees, Eco-Drivers. Training related to Sustainable Development Planning for School Leadership could be based on the following scope:

Applications of sustainability leadership in schools

Gamification in sustainability education

Persuasive design for a greener school

Strategic planning for sustainability decisions
Part 2 – SSS Budding Project
Part 2 is a Budding Project involving the participating schools. Schools have the option to choose between People Development or Space Development. Schools have to appoint a liaison Person of Contact (e.g. SSD / VP / KP / OM etc) to coordinate the discussion and/or implement the project.
Registration of Interest
Through the year of 2024, schools can indicate their interest in participating in SSS at https://go.gov.sg/nsm2024sss-registration. Applicants will be contacted by the Organising Committee for a discussion on the confirmation of the programme.
